ThERE MUST BE JUSTICE FOR VEGETARIANS UPDATE 8/12

Since my last blog my family has been fighting relentlessly, because we refuse to sit down when injustice is at hand. We have contacted the governor numerous senators and congressman, organizations, the aclu, naacp, dept. of human resources who is over DFCS, and nearly everyone you can think of. We have been given the wrong courtdates so that we can miss them. DFCS has been avoiding our questions and are refusing to see our medical documents and substantial evidence proving their false claim. One week after i posted the last blog i got a call from channel 2 news reporter Tom Jones. You can view the story at wsbtv.com under the reporter Tom Jones. The story is entitled "Parents say vegetarian Lifestyle leads child welfare to remove kids". Two days after the story aired DFCS called us for the first time to etablish "visitation"(sounds like imprisonment). We got to see our sons for the first time on July 31, 2 weeks for Ka'lel and 4 weeks for Kanansi. During our visit it took me 20 minutes to connect with my older son because i know he was confused and did not understand what had transpired. He had lost weight and his light had been submerged deep within himself for protection. he was fed chicken, turkey, fish, milk, yogurt and cheese. My youngest son was now twice the size he was when we last saw him, his skin was breaking out, he had rashes, his anus was swollen from the formula they were feeding him full of chemicals, his feces was dark gray and thick as fresh cement, his smell was different, and he was weezing very badly as if he ahas been smoking for 30 years, he also was very spasmic and bipolar(happy/sad) There temporary foser over seer stated she was happy to meetus because DFCS had her believe we didi not want to see our children, which she could not undertand because of how intelligent and cared for both children are.. Since the story we have been getting alot of support from the community. When I say community I mean the whole, international. One of the beings the creator blessed us with was that of Dr. Joy Leary. Dr. Leary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, a master's degree in Social Work (MSW), a master's degree in Psychology, and a PhD in Social Work Research. She is an Assistant Professor at Portland State University. With over twenty years of practical experience as a professional in the field of social work, she gives workshop attendees practical insight into various cultural and ethnic groups that form the basis of contemporary American society. She is a Professor who actually is responsible for educating students who go to universities for social work, the same degree that the individual who initiated this incident claim to have. She was with us on the day of the hearing along with our sons pediatrician to witness the tyranny. the judge would not let our pediatrician in, Dr. joy leary, My family or my friends, however, DFCS had abut 30 indviduals present in the court room. We were not aloud to be heard and were removed from the courtroom in which they issued another continuance for September 4th, a month later. Since hen they have switched addresses for our meetings with our children to miss time and have went back on their word on which days were given to see our sons. We have been rerouted from seeing the county director to complain and just flat out been disrespected and violated. Currently there is a follow up story in the works and I am going above the minions to get justice. the most curent contact i have received is on the State Level. Administrator of Constituent Services, her name is BROOKE MADDOX and her number is 770 339 5173. She can forward all concerns to ISABELLA BLANCO and DEBRAH KEYES who both have seniority over WALKER E SOLOMON II who is the county director of DFCS. Currently My wife and I are trying to set up a fund for donations, however the banks due not want to be part of the ordeal so they are not providing service, not even the bank my wife has an account with. When we do get one established i will let notify everyone, Thank you for all of the heart and help, peace.

My name is kamani thomas i have a wife,katoyia thomas and two sons, kalel(2yrs)and kanansi(8months).Recently our children were kidnapped and imprisoned by individuals of dfacs. they are considered kidnapped and imprisoned because there was no court order or official documentation served prior or after the incident. we were told by dfacs that they were taken because they claim our children were being deprived because we were vegetarians and by feeding them organic foods they were both at risk of malnutrion.
